Can the amphedamines in ADHD medication cause mini-seizures?

I'm prescribed vyvanse by my psychiatrist, which I know consistes of the same elements of adderal but adds proteins the causes the medication to be released hourly and proportionally for 8 hours. I also know that adderal contains a lot of amphedamines and they can cause various side-affect that are comparable to meth. I've been experiencing strange episodes periodically throughout the day where I suddenly stare off into space for 10-15 and not fully realize it until someone tells me. I was wondering; one. could these episode be mini seizures? and two. If so, could they by induced by the amphedamines in my medication?
