I am not a shopper. I did just find a pair of jeans that I have been eyeing online for 50% off with free shipping. That's about all I did today to ignite the economy ;-)

Post-Walk Breakfast

Lunch
1 c. light Progresso chicken noodle soup
1 cottage cheese
1 c. strawberries

Snacks
3 c. light, low-salt popcorn
1 Quaker breakfast cookie


Dinner
1 sweet potato with Smart Balance
1 whole wheat hamburger bun
1 3 oz. grilled hamburger
2 sl. cheddar cheese
1 c. broccoli w/ sprinkle of parmesan
