I was able to fit in a 40 minute Couch-to-5K treadmill run this morning as well as an hour of tennis. Exericse!
I have a busy work week ahead, so I hope to fit in a few days of exercise despite a heavy work load. The most exciting part of the week will be tomorrow because my cousin and his wife are heading to the hospital to welcome their new baby boy via c-section. Please keep them in your prayers for a safe delivery and healthy baby. Breakfast 1/2 c. oj 1 c. skim milk 1 c. bran cereal multivitamin Lunch 2 sl. light wheat bread turkey cheese baked chips 1 c. carrots 1 T. ranch Snacks 1 granola bar Dinner bowl of black bean soup Skinny Cow ![]() |
