Friday!

TGIF! I woke up this morning to find ducks in the pool again, and they hung out for quite a while. My two "bird dogs" let them stay!


The rest of the day was packed, as usual. I did not fit in exercise but did stay within a reasonable calorie range.

Breakfast

1 whole wheat bagel square (150)

1 T. peanut butter (105)

1 t. jelly (20)

1/2 c. orange juice (55)

multivitamin

Lunch

1 whole wheat turkey/swiss wrap (400)

Snacks

1 Laughing Cow cheese wedge (35)

pretzels (100)

Dinner

1 slice cheese pizza (150)

vegetable soup (100)

1 c. strawberries (45)

1 T. nutella (80)
