He has always be a heavy smoker and he admits openly he will not quit. We were told each cigarette he smoke lessen his chance of survival. I just would like to know what time frame we or he is looking at? Could it be 5 years? Could it likly be less than 6 months. I know it can't be a direct answer but it would help to know a ball park guestimation. It would help to know so his affairs are in order and the family to help deal with what is coming.
