I was a bit sore this morning, so I decided to take it easy and do a 20-minute yoga session from Yoga Download. If you enjoy yoga, you should check this site out. There are many free 20-minute sessions that you can download (either in slide format or .mp3) with a pose guide. I took a break mid-morning, rolled out the yoga mat, and did a gentle Hatha routine right in the office. It was very nice, and I turned off the phones, put the computer to sleep, and shut the window coverings so no one could harsh my mellow ;-) Namaste.

Scary. ![]() Lunch lettuce wraps from PF Changs NOTE: I was with a colleague who I had not seen in almost 15 years. We were so caught up in getting caught up that I forgot to take a photo. I did, however, check the PF Changs nutrition information online before and decided that the lettuce wraps would be the best choice. They were good!
