Proof is in the Pudding?

In other weight loss news, I knocked another pound off of the ticker this week. Love that!

Breakfast

1 c. skim milk, 1 packet oatmeal

Lunch

1 cup of Panera chili, 1 whole grain baguette



Snack

granola bar, turkey, cheese

Dinner

2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices turkey bacon, 1 c. strawberries, 1 yogurt
