This is going to be a quick one...all is well, though!

I skipped the workout today because of some overall soreness.

Eating went well:

Breakfast (400)
1 sl. whole wheat bread (70)
1 T. peanut butter and 1 t. jelly (90)
1 apple (90)
1 c. skim milk w/ Sugar-free Carnation Instant Breakfast (150)
fish oil supplement



Snacks (290)

pretzels and Laughing Cow cheese wedge (100)





Lunch (280)
1 whole wheat tortilla (120)
1 egg (70)
1/8 avocado (40)
green/red peppers (20)
1 low-sodium V8 (30)
vitamin pak




Dinner (490)
brown rice (170)
chicken (200)
green/red peppers, carrots (40)
1 c. pineapple (80)
