annoying red itchy spots!!

well, i recently got small but many red itchy spots on my waist, then on my lower abdomen near umbalicus,on my back and in te gluteal region and even on my deltoid on arm... everday new spots appear and some of the spots disappear.
actually this happened with the same time i got 2-3 spots on my tounge on its inner part... is there a relation??
i'm female .... 19 yrs old
