Can walnuts cause mouth blisters ?

I keep getting a blister on the same exact spot inside my cheek. It's transparent and sometimes it breaks by itself, or I can stick it with a needle and clear liquid will come out.  It doesn't hurt at all.  Pineapple and walnuts seem to bring it on rather fast, like the same day.  Should I have a skin allergy test done ?  Never had one.
