could blue berries cause a swallowing problem

I had some swallowing problems that started in Feb..09 and they have pretty well cleared up and just the last 3 days the swallowing problem reacurred. The only difference in the last month that I can think of is..I ate some blue berries a couple of times in the last 3 days. Could these be the culprit??
