Fat loss Friday

This is the final week and "drum roll please"..... I lost a pound. Whoo hoo. So far I've lost 5 pounds over all. That's pretty good from where I started and how I started. I've been trying to lose weight since January to no avail. What's helped me so far?



1. The biggest and best thing I've done and I only did it 3 weeks ago was to join WW.com. It's awesome and it's really helped me keep track of EVERYTHING I'm eating. There's no cheating on there. And because it's on line it's easy for me to plug everything in. I LOVE it!



2. Exercising: I have to exercise our I won't lose weight. I learned this after I had my first son and it's really something that I've made a part of my life. I've had to. There's no way to have a healthy life without it.



3. The support ofChristyand her Weight Loss Challenge. I didn't do this to win prizes (which has been a nice bonus) but for the accountability and camaraderie. And it's really helped. Christy, even though your 5k is this weekend, I think you should keep Fat Loss Friday going. It will be our little check in every week. Even if someone is just maintaining we can just meet up once a week. What do ya say?



Ok, I've changed my ticker and I have 7 pounds to go. Thanks Christy for helping us all get healhty!!
