is forearm tingling a side effect of zyrtec or solumedrol?

i went to the hospital last night due to unusual bug bites on my leg. they gave me a shot of solumedrol and zyrtec to help the symptoms. this morning i woke up with an intense headache and sever fatigue. i have also been experiencing dizziness and a tingling sensation in both forearms. i just want to know if this is a normal side effect of the two drugs.
