itchy rash like symptoms

Hi, I need help i went to the doctor on 03/04/09 for itchy rash like symptoms, the doctor looked me over saw no bites no nothing. I was told that i was stressed and that im alergic to stress they perscribed me hydroxyz hcl 25mg take 1 a day or more as needed for rash but not to exceed 3x per 24hrs well ive been taking them every 3 days seens thats how long it takes the pill to ware off for me and to get the itchy feeling back, well my problem is that im almost out of meds and still itchy. what should i do? is there a cure? a method? anything to help me or any ideas plz its like im in a living hell. i cant be myself anymore.
