Thank you for adding me as a friend. I, too, have been diagnosed as being bipolar (although when I was diagnosed, it was called "manic-depressive paranoid schizophrenia."

 I ended up helping myself with a proper diet, herbs, and Yoga. Thank you for creating this blog...I wish I had something like this back when I was really going through it!
