Are there any good alternatives to Zoloft?

I suffer from severe anxiety & depression. I started out on Paxil when I was 14 (I'm 22 now) and switched to Zoloft about a year ago because I felt like a zombie. But now, with the Zoloft, I seem to be a little paranoid and my libido is practically non-existant. Just wondering if there was an alternative that covers everything that Zoloft does, with less side effects.
