arm weakness

I have been having anxiety for the last ten weeks or so (shortness of breath and generally being anxious all the time) and last night I felt more anxious than normal and suddenly my left arm felt very weak and its making me anxious.

Just wondering if you can help

Have you been assessed by a doctor for the shortness of breath, anxiety and left arm symptoms?

While the symptoms you are experiencing may all just be anxiety related, they could also indicate a purely physical problem. Never assume that things are all in your head even if you are experiencing anxiety at the same time. People with anxiety get physical illnesses too.

If all possible physical factors have been ruled out then what anxiety treatment has the doctor recommended?
