Has your doctor prescribed this for you? If some, then you should take it.
The only problem I can see with it is that trazodone is a sedating antidepressants, and diazepam, like all benzodiazepines, is also sedating. So it may be best to take it in the evening unless you've been given another time.
If sedation becomes a significant problem then you and your doctor may need to consider altering the diazepam regime. It has a fairly long half-life, up to 200 hours, so you may be able to achieve your current results by taking it only twice a day, possibly even only once.
DO NOT change the way you take either medication without first consulting the prescribing doctor. There may be good reasons why it would not be a good idea!
Best wishes
