Facing Anxiety with a Plan

Posted Feb 19 2009 4:26pm
In these uncertain economic times, it's easy to become overwhelmed with worst-case scenario thinking.. The best way to deal with uncertainty is to create a plan of attack.

When you're faced with an overwhelming and anxiety-inducing situation, you can help yourself by working to create a way to deal with the situation. Sit down and write out how you plan to get through it, step by step.

By doing this, you can ease your anxiety by knowing that whatever happens, you WILL get through it.
