What is the tingling, burning sensation I am feeling at the tip of my nose?

I feel it right over my right nostril.  There is a tiny bump there that has been cleared by the dermotologist as non-cancerous.  It flares up more in the evening than during the day.  I drink 2 cups of coffee in the a.m. and approximately two glasses of white wine per night. It happens sporadically, but is very annoying. I can be an anxious person, but don't feel overly anxious right now. Please help!
