What could be wrong with my hands?

I had a pretty bad aching pain in my hands, shins and forearms when I first moved down south which seemed to be in relation to the levels of humidity here which I had not experienced before. My family Dr did blood work to rule out arthritis and the test came back negative. I stayed in bed for a couple days and and then it all went away. Now 6 mths later, my hands are aching. This time nothing else. I do use the computer a lot and rock climb but this has not been a problem before. It's mostly my ring fingers and middle fingers although the others are a little sore. They ache and the knuckles on the mentioned fingers are swollen. Could this be the change in weather again? They have been this way for a week and are not improving. What should I do. Last time I went to the Dr she said I was too young and not to worry. (I am a 30yr old female)
