I have been painting, up and down a ladder.  My right hand fingers are sore, a little swollen in the morning from hours of painting and gardening every day for the last 4 to a5 weeks.  Maybe I'm just overdoing it?  I'm 53 but very active and in good health.  I'm 5ft. 3 inches, weigh 114 lbs.  My weight is always the same.
