I did have a dream last week and it is worrying me enough to search the web for an answer, if there is one.
I was dreaming and although I can not remember the actual dream I am sure I was watching it on like a TV screen. Before the dream finnished I suddenly felt a strong feeling of Dread or Loss and the screen suddenly went blank. Like an electrical fault with a bright flash then a shrinking bright dot of light in the centre of the screen. I then woke up with the same feeling of dread or loss. It stayed with me once awake and my mind seemed to be empty of all thought other than emotion.
It was like I had lost my imagination and ability to dream and although I cannot remember what I was dreaming about I dont think it was good.
Anyone have any ideas, by the way I havnt dreamt since.
