First I want to start out by saying that due to my most recent “stress overload” I am going to cut back on my daily post and cut them down to just 4x per week. If I have the time, I will be posting more, but until I get my schedule worked out I will plan to post on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. If anyone has an archived post or a great post that they feel would go along with my views on nutrtition and fitness, feel free to email them to me and I will fill them in on days when I don’t plan to post.
