More Help to Reach Your Weight Loss Goals

I wanted to share with everyone some advice for reaching weight loss goals.

First, don't try to do it alone. Have a buddy. A buddy can be someone you workout with, it can be a buddy on Wellsphere that you communicate with online. A buddy can be a fitness coach, a buddy can even be your dog. My chocolate lab loves to run and lets me know each moring that she is ready to go. She makes me feel super guilty if I do not take her out for a run. That helps me stay motivated, for sure!

I write a fitness blog called Passion For Fitness. In my blog I share many other ways for how you can reach your goals. You're right, having a buddy helps you be more accountable and motivated. As Lela says the Wellphone prompts are very helpful as well.
