Jennifer Garner is featured in Self magazine this month and she has such a healthy outlook on life and fitness that I can’t help but want to meet her in person. (note to Jennifer, feel free to give me a call. We’ll hang out. Thanks!)
When asked what she thinks about the constant speculation that she is pregnant again, she responds:
“everyone continues to think I’m two months pregnant. But at this point, it’s just laziness! I think your body shifts. If I gained weight before, it didn’t go to my stomach. Now it’ll go to my stomach and lower half. Where I used to be flat, now—when I wear at t-shirt–you see a little bit of normal person.”
She accepts the fact that her body and lifestyle is different now that she is a mom. She doesn’t obsess about working out constantly like some other (J-Lo?) celebrity moms and says that she is just “trying to feel good”. As far as working out, she says she gets up early to either exercise with a trainer or do Pilates but “if I need to cancel, I cancel”.
Sounds to me like Ben Affleck married the right Jennifer.
