Keeping in mind that most of the registrants for the Autism One conference were parents, they did an amazing thing...they had a "Spa Night". This event was actually put on by Mary Kay Betz, Marketing & Research Director of Unlocking Autism. It was MAGNIFICENT... SOMEBODY realizes how extremely important it is for us to TAKE CARE OF OURSELVES! (I REALIZE that, but am not always the best at actually carrying it out!) Remember though, if you don't take care of yourself, how long will you be able to effectively take care of your children???
