It could be any number of different things.
If the bumps on penis are small, painless, raised, white or pale pink spots or bumps that appear on the shaft of the penis, they are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only. They are non-infectious and a totally natural occurrence on the body.
However other bumps may be a Sexual Trasnmitted Disease (STD), HIV/AIDS or illness and should be checked out by a urologist doctor.

Babe

If he has swollen bumps on his penis, hurts and itches he has got some kind of infection or disease.

Your right not to have any sex until he sees a doctor for his sake, your sake and the baby's sake.

i was with my bf and he never got head before so i did it and there was tiny bumps on his penis they were only on one part of the shaft, but i dunno what to do cause people  told me it was herpies. i need someone to tell me wat it is?
Domin - It may be a STD or not. My advice would be for both of you to see a doctor for a exam, lab testing, and other procedures for a correct diagnosis.
