Help, I live in horrible back spasms all the time.

My friend, Kim Brewer said to write. Broke the L2 30 yrs. ago in car accident - whip lash. If I stand for more than 20 min., sit too long, or sit in the wrong chair, I go into total back spasms. When the temperature changes, I go into spasms. I've tried lots and lots, with little releaf. Even had 6 nerves killed to be able to stand longer. I have an inversion bed that I use regularly. I can cut the pain about 80 percent, but still stay in spasms. I've been doing "Pain Free for Life" exercises, and get a little help. If I go to the gym, which I would love, and do just a little too much, it throws me into spasms. I've worked with at least 4 therapists over the years, and I don't seem to get any help. I take muscle relaxants and other things regularly.
Thank you for reading this, I am on a quest to be well! Sue
