My shoulders and upper arms got a tingly "frozen" feeling. Felt like I couldn't move upper body. What could this be?

Suddenly my shoulders and upper arms felt very tired, tingly, and "frozen".  I felt like I could not movemy upper extremitites.  Neck also felt tired and weak. Nausea accompanied the episode.  This happened about 10 days ago as well.  I just laid down and it eventually subsided.  Could this be connect to heart?
