Sore neck problem

Hello, I have a sore neck pretty much every day(back of neck), and around 3 pm I get really tierd and just feel like sleeping, I am not sure if one has to do with the other.
Just wondering if anyone else out their has had this problem or if anyone knows what it could be. Thank you
