Strange Fruit

All is well. Couldn't be better. Well, could be better if I won the lottery. But I guess I'd have to play to win. My mantra lately has been "it's all good".

Rob's been busy, Todd's been busy - and both of them have been talking about the chauffeur/gofer plan. They get along very well and are both excited about getting to work.

Here's a strange one - I learned a couple of days ago that the child support payments made by Rob's dad have gone as far as being deducted from his pay, but were not deposited by his boss. It's always something, right? Dad faxed his pay stubs to me, I'll have to get with child support today. I absolutely despise calling the child support office. I have to set aside a full hour to get anything done, and then who knows if anything will actually happen. If it weren't for the fact that the boss has been helping himself to Rob's support funds, I wouldn't even make the call. Here's hoping we'll get somewhat of a windfall soon.

Strange search term led a googler to this blog, why I can't imagine. "F**king best friend's mother." Interesting. So I guess there are stranger lives than mine being led.
