I had to laugh yesterday during my visit with my mother when she told me that my Aunt Shirley no longer reads the Enquirer because she doesn't know any of the people they are degrading on the front page. It is a sad sign of our times when we don't degrade people of any age on the Enquirer.
I think there is stil time to degrade Liz Taylor and Zsa Zsa even if those with
ipods hainging from their fingernails wouldn't have a clue who they were. It is still a sure thing to know that there are lots of people out there who really would rather not see anyone with a tatoo or bellyring hanging off parts of their anatomy.
But, it's all a big boohoo, isn't it? Why, yesterday, someone had the nerve to liken Angelina Jolie to that idiot who gave birth to eight babies. Umm-to use a term commonly used today- I don't think so!
