 I've been using this program for about a year and do believe it has helped me several ways.

 They can be found at www.lumosity.com and allow generous use of the system on a trial basis.  I'm very circumspect about claims made regarding improving the brain, but after careful inspection, I am certain it has benefits and the research to back their claims.
