if you died from a brain hemorrhage, do you think it would be painful, or quick and not knowing?

i would like to know the answer to this because im 16 and i lived with my mom, just the two of us and i came home one day and found her unconsious later on that night she died of a brain hemorrhage, and i would really like to know if my mom suffered or didnt know nothing about it ?
