Last night my laptop crashed! I was looking up something and the page I clicked on was a video and it kept asking me to download something and wouldn't let me close the page so I clicked to download and then stopped the download. I tried to open up my virus scan but it wouldn't open s21oi restarted the computer and it wouldn't reboot. Can't get Windows to open. Now the computer is less than 1 yr old but it was a swap out, my last laptop was a lemon so they had to give me a new computer and I bought a 3yr warranty so this should be covered, I'm just afraid I lost everything on the hard drive, including all the records I uploaded and haven't put on desktop and a bunch of photos. Luckily I put a bunch of photos onto a web album so I should not be losing too many pics, but the ones from my birthday I don't have for sure and I really had fun that night! Who knows, maybe they can recover them. My friend that I wrote about yesterday did write back. He didn't say much except that he would call me this weekend. We will see. I will keep trying because I know he means well. Hopefully he will call, I really do miss him very much.
