Had my neuro appointment today. I told him about my bad headaches that I've been getting much more frequently and the partial seizures, etc... and he decided to keep me at my current level of Keppra, for now, lower my dose of Lexapro- because it may be lowering my seizure threshold- and add Topamax. I am supposed to lower Lexapro and then in one week start taking the Topamax. Then if the Topamax works he said we can discuss lowering my Keppra and raising the Topamax. I am excited because Topamax may help with my headaches and help me loose weight! We'll see!
