OK, hows this for brain damage, for the past two years I thought my report said that I had had a partial craniotomy when in fact it said I had a parietal craniotomy! Goes to show you how my vision was affected! All this time! How stupid do I feel! I was looking up craniotomies to see about my "moving skull piece" and I searched partial and nothing came up so I checked craniotomies and there it listed different names for different locations. My craniotomy was to remove a parietal tumor therefore it was a parietal craniotomy! I really do feel stupid! I do have a slight headache today, but I didn't sleep very well last night and all so no big! I guess since I finally realized that I have had 3 parietal craniotomies it is obvious that my brain is healing! Before I started all this though I did call my neurosurgeon to ask about the situation. I have to go in and see the physician's assistant tomorrow just to be on the safe side.
