TWO Weight Loss Tips for the Healthy-to-Be

Here are a couple of well-worn tips for losing weight that may have been packed on during the holiday free-for-all. Or, as I like to call it; it's a free meal so get all you can.

First, was my mother's favorite and one of mine, too. Use hand to push yourself away from the table. This exercise uses a few calories when doing the gentle push but also requires you to move away from the source of the poundage. That extra set of mashed potatoes and gravy.

And second, get a heavy set of cufflinks. Wear them at all times. This will make it harder to lift the spoon and also add weight bearing exercises to your daily regimen.
