I have come upon an idea that might help with the cold temps that seem to be coming here more and more. Now, men, this is not for you-unless you are one of the lucky ones.
But, let me just say that a good ole hot flash could save the day when temps fall below 15 and icicles are hanging from your nose. The lack of
progesterone normally causes this - but that's ok, because having a really great hot flash could take the place of wearing a coat. Or maybe even a hat. What a boon that could be for those who hate to wear winter clothing.
You know, after re-reading this entry I wonder if I am in the midst of a hot flash already?
