Who is a Blogger? PEW!

Posted Oct 30 2008 3:24pm

Are Bloggers really politicians in disguise? NOPE!

The ease and appeal of blogging is inspiring a new group of writers and creators to share their voices with the world.

A national phone survey of bloggers finds that most are focused on describing their personal experiences to a relatively small audience of readers and that only a small proportion focus their coverage on politics, media, government, or technology.

MORE PEW!

Don't we all just look across the landscape of bloggers and see everything. Some of us try to make people laugh- some homespun stories, some personal journals, and some make political commentary, that's for sure.

What do you think blogging is for you? For me, it can be a release of anger, hysteria, a way to be someone else for awhile, or see a perspective foreign to me. Those who write from different countries are very interesting to me- because it gives me the opportunity to get to know a culture I would probably never know otherwise. Those who write from a mindset that is filled with hilarity and mirth are also from another land- you know who you are !!

Tell me, how does blogging work for you- and who are the bloggers that hold your dance card?
