Breast cancer AND HEART PROBLEMS

My mother has cysts in her right breast and the doctor has advised her to undergo surgery to remove the cysts but we really can't rely on Bangladesh's medical care so we've decided 2 go 2 India.What is the best hospital for this? My mom has high cholestorel and high blood pressure.I'm really worried about the fact that she could have a heart failure during the surgery.
