Dennis Hopper, actor and artist has been diagnosed with
prostate cancer. Travel plans including an appearance at an exhibition of his artwork and photography at the
Australian Centre for the Moving Image in
Melbourne.
He is reportedly being treated through a "special program" at the University of Southern California.
At age 73, Hopper has been acting for over 50 years, starting with Rebel Without a Cause and continuing to today. He has recently finished shooting the second season of " Crash," for USA networks and has multiple films in post production.
