 i have a small bump on my right breast, its sore, i'm on my period. but i'm only 14, could this be a sign of breast cancer?

The chances of you having breast cancer are smaller than you can even imagine. It is completely normal for you to have changes in your breasts during your periods. If it is still there about a week after your cancer then talk to your mom, you could have a cyst. Otherwise relax and have fun just being 14 :)
