Several things:
First - I put on Barbie Boob this evening for the first time since I got her. Barbie boob is BIGGER than my left boob. I probably should have waited awhile longer before I got fitted for the prosthetic breast and gave my other breast more time for the swelling to go down.
Pretty bad when Barbie Boob looks better than my real boob.
Second - I am gaining weight! More like retaining water, bloat crap. My pants still fit but I have a roll along the middle I didn't have before. I have walked every day for over a week for almost an hour each time. I am not running or breaking a big sweat but I have been making an effort. I walk whenever I can between treatments since I started.
I don't eat much for almost 2 weeks after each treatment then I start getting an appetite.
It is bad enough to have 1 boob, no hair and have toxic poison injected into my body every 3 weeks but then to include weight gain! I know some of it is from my hormones, etc. but so what!
Not happy here.
I am waddling off for Japanese food for my last (enjoyable) supper before chemo tomorrow.
