Baseball!

Before I start the baseball part, just a brief update. Richard went to Mayo last Friday to check on the contacts. He has to get new ones because the ones he has are not quite the right size. But he can wear the ones he has until the new ones come in, so everything's a go for SPRING TRAINING.

Every year for the last five years, Richard has gone to see spring training baseball with several friends. Because of all the eye stuff, this year's trip was in doubt. But the current plan is that he's leaving tomorrow (March 19) for Orlando, FL. They will drive to Vero Beach where they will stay for three nights. Games include:

Too much baseball for me, but they always have a great time.

Now if he can just stay away from all those germs on the plane and not get a DVT....I'll worry, but it's all about quality of life, isn't it?
