is burning associated to any type of cancer?

I have a complex cyst on my right ovary 4 cm. i have taken a ca125 but no results yet. I have been having a long list of syptoms which include burning sensation along my right flake. it has moved from the bottom of my rib cage to around my back and even in my breast.  Can anyone tell me if this is related to cancer and what kind? jenn
