pillow postions for more comfort when patient can not turn over - only to the side

patient has suprabubic cathetar plus stage 4 prostate cancer.  Any suggestions to help with comfort when he his postions for sleeping include back and one side.  Pain is minimal due to medication, but neck, back, and hip are affected.
