Surgeries:
VP Shunt placement (CHOP; June 27, 2008);
Brain Tumor (Le Bonheur; August 18, 2008);
Left Nephrectomy (St. Jude; August 29, 2008);
Single-Lumen Hickman Line placement (St. Jude; August 29, 2008);
Third brain surgery possible.
Induction Chemotherapy (four months total):
Methotrexate;
Vincristine;
Cisplatin;
Cyclophosphamide;
Vinblastine.
