Last night I had a wonderful surprise from my hubby. I fell asleep around 4pm in my recliner in the living room as I had been exhausted all day and still having that upper abdominal pain. I awoke at around 6pm to a beautiful Christmas tree! He had put up the artificial tree complete with lights and garland. Usually he puts the tree together and I do the rest....but it has been so hard for me to get into the Christmas spirit. So we spent the rest of the night putting decorations on the tree and then I sat in a chair and told him where to put the other holiday decorations. It was really fun!
I am tired today...moving kind of slow. I think a nap is in order :) I still have that pesky pain under my ribs. Today Ron put up the lit garland around our lamp post and a shiny new red light bulb inside. Oh how pretty that is going to look tonite. He even put some red poinsettia bows on the garage doors to make me smile. It worked. So for now, Feliz Navidad and Nite-Nite.
